Website services for law firms

We build practice-area pages for your law firm.

We write, design, and build a page for one of your services within your existing website. It explains the matters you handle, who can help, and how a potential client can contact you.

Start with one page. We agree the price and scope before work begins.

Illustration of similar page layouts becoming distinct pages with different information and next steps.
Different services need different information. See the page examples below.

Why add a separate page?

Help people understand whether your firm can help them.

A service listed on your homepage may leave a visitor with questions. Do you handle their type of matter? Who would they work with? What happens if they get in touch? A dedicated page gives you room to answer these before they contact the firm.

  • Explain the matters you handle
  • Show who they would work with
  • Explain how to get started

A person planning a will has different questions from someone handling an estate after a death. Choose a practice area below to see an example page and why its content is arranged that way.

How it fits your current site

The page becomes part of your existing website.

For example, a visitor selects “Estate planning” from your practice-area menu and opens the new page. Your firm’s branding stays consistent, and the page has its own address on your domain.

Two steps: a visitor selects Estate planning in the website menu, then opens its dedicated page at the same domain followed by /estate-planning. Firm names are obscured.
Example only. We check your website platform and agree where the page will sit before starting. View the illustration full size.

What is included

You get the content, design, and working page.

We take the page from an agreed outline through to publishing it on your website. Your firm supplies the information and approves the legal content.

01

A plan for the page

We identify who the page is for, the questions it needs to answer, and the information your firm needs to provide.

02

Written content

We draft the service explanation, your approach, lawyer introduction, common questions, and contact instructions for your review.

03

A design for this practice area

We use your firm’s branding and arrange the content around what this particular client needs to know first.

04

The working page

We build the approved design on the platform agreed with you, with layouts for phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

05

Setup on your website

We add the page at its own address, set its title and description, and link it from the relevant parts of your site.

06

Checks and handover

We check the layout, links, and agreed contact route, make the agreed revisions, and help publish the approved page.

The proposal confirms the price, schedule, number of revisions, website access, and handover. Advertising and ongoing SEO are separate services.

Before we begin

Questions about the service

Do we need a new website?

Usually, no. We aim to add the page to your existing website. We first check the platform and how the site is managed, then confirm what the work involves before you decide.

Can we start with one page?

Yes. The starting scope is one practice-area page. You can add other areas later, with the content and design planned for each one.

What if we already have a page for this service?

Send us the link. We can discuss updating its content, layout, and contact options instead of adding a duplicate page.

Will our page look like one of these examples?

The examples show possible structures and design approaches. We create your page using your firm’s branding, services, lawyers, and approved information. The examples are images, not finished templates.

Who writes and approves the legal content?

We prepare the draft using information from your firm. Your firm reviews and approves the legal details, local requirements, and any claims before the page goes live.

What do you need from us?

To start: your website address and the practice area. For the build, we will need details about your services and lawyers, approved photos and branding, a reviewer from your firm, and the required website access.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Send us the website and practice area so we can check the work involved. We provide a written proposal with the price, schedule, included revisions, and handover before you commit.

Does this include advertising or ongoing SEO?

This service covers the page and its agreed website setup. Advertising, ongoing SEO, and ongoing maintenance are separate work and would need their own scope.

Will the page show up in Google?

We prepare a page that search engines can access and give it a relevant title, headings, and internal links. Google decides whether to index it and where to show it. Creating the page does not guarantee rankings or enquiries.

Tell us which page you need

Send us your website and the practice area.

We’ll review your site and discuss what the page needs. You’ll receive a proposal with the scope, price, and schedule before deciding whether to go ahead.
